Securely place the items in their original Swarovski blue box and include the completed return form inside the shipping parcel.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package off at any authorized shipping point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
